We think along with public and private parties about new legislation that affects our expertise and we express ourselves on this matter. We actively work to remove (legal) barriers for entrepreneurs by facilitating standard documentation.

We are experts in legislation based on European FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) legislation. We advise both public and private parties on the Vifo Act (Act on Security Assessment of Investments, Mergers, and Acquisitions) and assist them in the assessment procedures at the BTI (Bureau for Assessment & Investments). We are also co-authors of the proposal for Stewardship, a new legal form that further facilitates socially responsible entrepreneurship.
