We collaborate with public and private parties on new legislation that pertains to our expertise and we express ourselves on this matter. We actively contribute to removing (legal) barriers for entrepreneurs by facilitating standard documentation.

We are experts in the field of investment legislation based on European FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) legislation and we advise various public and private entities on the (local) legislation associated with it. In the Netherlands, this is the so-called Wet Vifo (Wet Veiligheidstoets Investeringen, Fusies en Overnames) and the assessment procedures at the BTI (Bureau Toetsing & Investeringen).
