De Zaak van Advocaten is a young and entrepreneurial law firm in Amsterdam. We help start-ups, scale-ups, investors and public and private organizations that are at the forefront of the transition to a new economy. Our focus is on high-tech companies and impact companies, which we help with funding rounds, exits, governance and IP issues.

We have room for student interns!

During your internship, you will work on venture capital funding rounds, exits and governance issues for the most forward-thinking companies in the Netherlands. In addition, we will guide you for the best possible professional and personal development.

We are looking for:

• a student intern in venture capital & corporate governance

• with an interest in the Dutch (deep tech) start-up world and impact companies

• whose heart beats faster at the intersection of public and private

We offer:

• an internship in an entrepreneurial team with the clear ambition to contribute to the new economy

• an internship allowance of €1,000 per month

• a free healthy lunch

• the option to work part-time or full-time
